Pricing questions
What counts as an event?
One accepted event: a page view, add to cart, purchase and so on. Copies we merge as duplicates, and events we reject, are not counted.
What happens if I go over my plan?
Tracking is never cut off mid-month. Billing is not live yet; when it opens, usage will be shown in your dashboard and we will ask before moving you to a bigger plan.
Is every feature on every plan?
Yes. The debugger, retries, first-party domain, deduplication and every destination are on all plans, including Free. Plans differ only in volume, history and number of stores.
Can I pay in taka?
Yes. In Bangladesh you can pay with bKash, Nagad, card or bank transfer. Elsewhere, by card in USD. Billing for paid plans opens at launch.
How long does setup take?
On WooCommerce: install the plugin and paste your two keys. On Shopify: install the app. Anywhere else: one script tag, or our PHP, Node or .NET library on the server. Your dashboard shows each event the moment it arrives, so you can see it working before you change anything else.
Will it slow my store down?
The browser script is about 5.5 KB compressed and loads without blocking the page. Delivery to Meta, Google and the rest happens on our servers, not in your shopper's browser.
What happens to my shoppers' data?
Email addresses and phone numbers are SHA-256 hashed the moment they arrive; the raw values are never stored. Raw events are deleted after the retention period you choose; an order summary with hashed customer keys is kept for reports (25 months by default). A shopper can be erased on request. Is there a contract?
No. Today every account is on the Free plan and nothing is charged. When paid plans open you choose whether to move to one, and you can stop sending events at any time.
